ruby-erubis software package provides fast and extensible eRuby implementation which supports multi-language, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ruby-erubis
ruby-erubis is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ruby-erubis package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ruby-erubis *
You will get with ruby-erubis package name, version, architecture and description in a table
